Sunday morning...
Timeshift steals us one hour of our beloved beauty sleep which means that sumertime comes back pretty soon. Although rain has stopped and sun spreads allover again, it is still quite cold outside.
Hopefully I can get back onto my mountainbike soon and enjoy our beautiful woods over here. Actually I just enjoy the highspeed downhill tracks, which makes it worthy to climb up those hills. If there would be a cablecar or a bus up there-I would fucking buy a season ticket for it hehe!
And you know what, I am living here for almost one year and I just started to ride out into the woods since a few weeks, although it is just 5 minutes by bike. Silly bitch I am...tsk tsk tsk.
Well, the last few days were quite busy with preparing everything for the new job. All that business shit had to be done and it needs so much attention which I honestly never expected in that way. Hmmmmm...
Yesterday I joined some buddies for a little poker tournament, in which was very exciting to see how everybody acts to get the money. Kevin and me, we were the bloody amateurs and to be honest: we had absolutely no clue about this game! Kevin even showed up with the poker rules in his hands!hahahahaha
Well, I had no chance with all those pseudo-pro's due to all those funny dresses and sunglass-covered faces. I tried hard not to laugh, but if you have 5 more Al Capone's sitting around the table you just can't stop giggling.
Everybody tried hard to be as cool as possible and, to my excitement, reflected his poker behaviour onto his real character. It is amazing how much you can find out about someone when he plays poker-I kid you not!
But in the end, the guy who deserved it most...and I really mean it like this, was Kevin! He won the small pot in the first match and the big one from the second! hahahahha...I still see his funny dress in front of me. (but more I see the stunned faces of those who lost-the "poker-pro-pretenders" muuuaaaahhhh :-) )
Happy Sunday!
